You can disconnect or delete your data at any time.

1. Disconnecting your Amazon account

You can disconnect in two ways, and either one works on its own.

From Amazon Seller Central

1. Sign in to Seller Central and open Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps.
2. Find Aegis by Rainmkr in the list and revoke its access.

Revoking from Amazon ends our access immediately, whether or not you also disconnect in our application.

From within Aegis by Rainmkr

1. Sign in and open your connected accounts in Settings.
2. Find the Amazon seller account you want to disconnect and select Disconnect.
3. Confirm. The authorization is revoked and no further data is retrieved.

2. What happens when you disconnect

• We destroy the stored token and stop retrieving data from Amazon immediately. Only you can withdraw the authorization at Amazon’s end, using the Seller Central steps above: Amazon does not let an application revoke its own access.
• Scheduled catalog sweeps stop.
• Existing findings remain visible in your account so you can export them, unless you also request deletion.
• Your subscription is not cancelled by disconnecting. To cancel billing, cancel the subscription in your account settings.

3. Requesting deletion of your data

Email privacy@rainmkr.us from the address associated with your account, stating your account email and your Amazon merchant ID. We will confirm the request before acting on it.

4. Deletion timing

• Request acknowledged: within 2 business days.
• Amazon-sourced catalog data deleted from production systems: within 30 days of the request or of disconnection, whichever is earlier.
• Written confirmation sent to you: within 5 business days of completion.

5. What we may keep

We retain the minimum records required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes — typically invoices and transaction records — and any records we are legally required to preserve. These are not used for any other purpose.

6. Deleting your whole account

Closing your account cancels your subscription, disconnects all authorized Amazon accounts, and deletes your data on the schedule above. Request account closure by emailing support@rainmkr.us.
